  • Do I get paid during certification?
    VMC Virtual Solutions, LLC does not pay for the time spent in a client certification course. We are the middleman between our partner’s clients and the Authorized agents, Independent Contractors, Sole Proprietors and Freelancers working from home. As an Authorized agent, Independent Contractor, Sole Proprietor or Freelancer, you are responsible for any certification needed that is required to educate yourself to properly provide your services to the client.
  • Will I be an employee of VMC Virtual Solutions LLC or Arise?
    No. We are not your employer. You will be your own business contracting services with VMC Virtual Solutions. You choose a client to service, companies like tax agencies, communication companies, electric companies, cruise ships, telecommunication companies, theme parks and many more. You select a client to service. Work from home call center. Customer support agent. You will receive 1099 at the end of the year.
  • What are the costs to get started?
    In order to partner with VMC Virtual Solutions and be given the opportunity to provide your services to clients, you must complete the following which is considered your investment into your own business. Fees Background Check (you do not pay). If you have felonies or bank fraud charges then you may not be eligible to provide services. Certification Course for the client you choose starts at $4.99 up to $289. Fees are paid to Arise Virtual Solutions not VMC Virtual Solutions.
  • How much money can I earn?
    Compensation can be as little or as big as you make it. Choose the client that you want to service. Most choose client for the compensation rate only. Some choose a client because they are open 24/7 and others choose an easy client with less hourly pay. You set your own schedule and choose when and how much you work. Some members are making between $200.00 – $1000.00-plus on bi-weekly pay. Your paycheck is entirely up to you. The more you work, the bigger the pay.
  • What fees will I have to pay and why?
    We have a low flat service fee is $30.00 per invoice in addition to the fee our partner charges which is $19.75. We pay our contractors on the 1st and 15th of the month. VMC Virtual Solutions has to cover business costs including Partner fees, accounting fees, computers, bank fees, software costs, direct deposit fees and many more. Our low, flat service fee allows VMC Virtual Solutions to provide you with support during your certification process and beyond. Directing you to the path of success!

    No problem! Top companies are outsourcing their call volume through Arise Virtual Solutions. Arise then outsources to companies like VMC Virtual Solutions to find the people that want to work from home or currently working from home and connect them to the clients in need of services. You certify for the company you choose to provide your services to and start taking inbound customer service calls from your home. It is all computerized so you basically log into your computer and into the clients systems and the calls come directly into your phone line. You answer the phone as if you are in a call center. It’s an awesome concept. Keeping you happy and the customers happy by having a live customer support agent to understand their concerns and giving you the work flexibility you need. You choose who you provide services for and the pay rate is based on the client you choose. You choose how much you work, full time or part time. Step 1: Create a profile The Profile is where you enter your basic information, such as contact information. You can complete a Profile and the Admissions process. After creating your profile you will sign your Arise Non-Disclosure Agreement. Step 2: Choose VMC Virtual Solutions as your service partner (IBO) During this step you will be prompted to choose which Independent Contractor type, choose “Agent of Existing Call Center”. This will allow you to join under our business and receive top notch support from a team that wants to see you succeed! Sign up under our Business ID. Step 3: Sign Documents Once you have been accepted into the VMC Virtual Solutions team, you will need to log in and view and sign the documents. They will be located in the same place that you went to join our Arise Service Partner. Click the orange box “Start Now” Click View Document (Orange box) Scroll ALL THE WAY to the bottom of the document “Sign” will then turn orange Click Sign Confirm We will then finalize your request to join our team. Once finalized you can move forward to the next step, choose a client certification course. Step 4: Select a Client Program During this step you will have access to the client board where you can see what projects are available. You have the flexibility to choose the client program that you would like to service. Our clients include many Fortune 500 companies such as major telecommunications, energy companies, theme parks, television communications cruise lines and the world’s largest online retailer. The Arise client certification courses are typically around 30 days, Monday through Friday. Once you certify, you will be offered the opportunity to provide your services to that client and can start work immediately. In order to have full access to the full client job board, you must choose a client you see fit with your personal requirements specifically your time and pick a class time and start enrollment (even if you are not ready to enroll or are not interested in that client). On the next page, scroll to the bottom and click “Cancel”. You will be cancelled from enrollment. You can also log out of the portal and back in and click “Resume” on the client course enrollment and then click “Cancel”. You will now have access to the full Arise portal. The client board changes often so if you don’t see a client that suits you, be patient as something may come up that will match your talents and availability.
  • How soon can I start work and earn?
    Admissions process takes as little as one (1) day. Complete the admissions process and join the VMC Virtual Solutions. Choose a client certification course. It may be around 30 days before the class starts (This is training for the client you selected). Classes are typically around 30 days, consist of self-paced training and can be completed in a matter of hours. Complete the training and be certified. Once certified, you can start working immediately. Depending on how quickly you choose a class, it can take up to 2 months. Being that you are self-employed, you are in control on when and how much you work. Choose a client that has a contract that meets your needs. If you need to provide your services only during the daytime or would like a client that is open 24/7, you can choose to do so.
  • Falsifying Documents?
    Falsifying documents is an extreme serious offense and is generally classified as a felony. This means that a person charged with falsifying documents may be subject to the following legal penalties: Having to pay a monetary fine Incarceration in a prison facility Depending on the nature of the offense, as well as individual state laws, falsifying documents can result in a prison sentence of 5-10 years. Also, if government documents or federal authorities were involved, the legal penalties may be more severe. A maximum sentence for falsifying federal investigation and bankruptcy records can be fines and 20 year imprisonment. Legal penalties may increase with repeat offenses. Besides being subject to penalties and incarceration, falsifying documents can have adverse consequences in one’s life and may constitute: Grounds for termination of job Reduction of one’s credit score Disqualification for bank loans Grounds for removability in immigration proceedings Grounds for ineligibility for passport records Being subject to Business and Professions Code lawsuits Being audited by the IRS

  • Does VMC Virtual Solutions Verify my Identity?
    Security is of the utmost importance to Arise and VMC Virtual Solutions, our clients and the vendors that utilize the Arise platform to conduct their business. As business owners, we know you can appreciate the significant role security plays in today’s business environment. As a pre-requisite to receiving any client contract offer, you are required to submit Photo ID, proof of physical address, an affidavit of Identification and a W9 form to VMC Virtual Solutions. Additionally, Arise Virtual Solutions may require a background check and drug screening. If it is determined that any document has been forged or does not belong to the individual presenting the document, the account is subject to immediate suspension or deactivation and removal from VMC Virtual Solutions and Arise. Any monies that have been earned fraudulently are immediately forfeited.
  • Are we responsible for our own taxes?
    You are an authorized registered agent, Independent Contractor, Sole Proprietor or Freelancer and are responsible for your own taxes. VMC Virtual Solutions does not take any taxes out on your behalf. You will receive a 1099 at the end of the year if you made $600 or more. Furthermore you are not eligible to receive unemployment, overtime or benefits as Authorized agents, Independent Contractors, Sole Proprietors and Freelancers. I encourage you to meet with a tax specialist for write-off and deduction queries as an independent contractor.
  • What are the steps to get started?
    Complete Application and Admissions process here. Make sure you have a working computer that will meet VMC Virtual Solutions’ guidelines. Purchase a USB headset for your certification class. This is a headset that plugs into your computer. Purchase a headset that can plug into your telephone. (Cordless phones are not accepted.) Have a land-line telephone dedicated to your servicing your client. With Verizon, I personally pay additional $10 per month for that second land line with no features. You will receive an email once you have chosen a client with links to fill out your affidavit of ID, proof of servicing address, proof of identity, W9 form and Direct Deposit form. These forms must be completed before you are allowed to service a client.
  • Do I have to submit a drug test/background check?
    Yes. Most clients require a drug screening for a nominal fee and some may not. It depends on the client you enroll with. Background check is at no extra cost to you. If drug screening is required, it will be outlined in the announcement. The drug test is considered part of your background check. You will not have access to pre-work or course-work until Arise has received and processed your test. Please make every effort to complete as early as possible to avoid not having access to important course-work. Reach out to your instructor for a direct link to get to class/training if your drug test results is still pending. Reach out to enrollment support to get the status for steps to get it processed. What happens if I did not receive my drug test email? When First Advantage profile is completed, the vendor will send drug screen order form by email from FADVReports-NoReply@fadv.com. It can take up to 1 to 2 hours to receive the drug screen order email from the vendor. Drug screen order form and order registration number (located in the email) along with a valid photo identification is required to complete the drug screen at the drug screen collection site. To ensure receipt of this email: Add the domain @fadv.com to your ‘approved/safe senders list’ or allow emails from FADV/First Advantage; Ensure accurate information is entered within the vendor profile. Note: the vendor profile is separate from the Arise profile – Arise does not share information with the vendor. Check your spam and junk folders if you do not receive this drug screen order after 2 hours. If not found in spam/junk folder. Reach out to Enrollment Support chat, Go to the Arise Portal and click the blue button in the lower right corner. Then type your question and follow the prompts. Enrollment Support Chat is available: Monday to Friday, 8 AM – 12 AM (EST), except on Federal Holidays. *** Be assured that the drug test form does not have an expiration and will be available to use throughout the duration of your certification course. *** Drug test is valid for 6 months. After 6 months, you will be required to take a drug test with the third-party vendor, FirstAdvantage. *** Arise has a zero-tolerance policy for drug use. Marijuana, even with a medical authorization, is not a valid exception to a positive drug test result.
  • What type of services will I provide as an Independent Contractor?
    There is a full list of client programs you can choose to service. These are sales, customer service, technical support, email support and chat support clients. All you have to do is choose. Partnering with VMC Virtual Solutions gives you the freedom to service the client you want, set your own schedule, no driving to the office and be stuck during rush hours, and finally the joy of working in your pajamas!
  • How do I know this is a legitimate opportunity?
