Client service needs range from billing, customer service, technical support and sales. Client needs are serviced via email, chat, phone or video chat depending on needed service.

Partnering with VMC Virtual Solutions as your Arise IBO will make you an Independent Agent. Being an Independent Agent means that you will be operating as “your own business” contracting your services to our business as an independent contract agent. This is a business opportunity for you to work at home as a virtual call center agent.

Services & Fees

Important Documentation

  • Client opportunity and SOW is kept on file for the duration of services rendered.

​

Administrative Support Fee

  • In an effort to provide the support and infrastructure necessary for VMC Virtual Solutions Administrative Support Fee to you is a Flat Service Fee of $30.00 per invoice period and Arise platform fee of $19.75 billed twice a month.

​

Why does Arise charge Independent Businesses a platform fee?
  • The service fee is for the infrastructure that Arise provides, including the 24-Hour Client Technical Support Help Desk and STARMATIC® which is a scheduling system and WILLOW® accounting services. Arise’s semi-monthly service fee is deducted twice a month from your Virtual Servicing fees for each servicing Independent Contractor. No Virtual Services Corporation is charged the fee until the first invoice period after it begins providing customer interaction services to its first client.

 

Payday

  • There are two invoice periods, the 15th and the end of the month. Independent Contractors servicing under VMC Virtual Solutions will receive revenue via check or electronic payments no later than the 15th and last day of each month.
