Technical Requirements 

To use the Arise Platform you must meet the required tools. System and equipment policy is listed in details on the downloadable PDF on Arise.com after you have been screened and verified. These requirements must be met. VMC Virtual Solutions strongly encourages you to read the opportunity thoroughly on Arise. This PDF details computer, headset, phone, Internet and equipment that is compatible with the Arise Platform. Certain client programs may have additional requirements. Prior to selecting a client program, you will have access to the Opportunity Announcement which details any additional requirements above and beyond the ones listed in the PDF.

Helpful Tips:

  • Make sure equipment and systems are compliant with Arise technology requirements. If not, you will not be able to complete your course, assignments or service using the Arise platform.

  • Cell phones, soft-phones and select VoIP (voice over IP) using USB or wireless services are not permitted at any time during service.

  • USB headset is needed for course training.

Standard Requirements

USB Headset

Hard wire internet connection, Wi-Fi is not acceptable.

Please note that these requirements are standard and may vary depending on which client you enroll with.  

 

Desktop â€‹

You need a desktop to service any of Arise clients. The computer will need to meet a minimum specifics of  a Dual-Core CPU with 2GHZ and 4GB/8GB of RAM with Internet Connection. You must be hardwired into the Desktop or Laptop.

POTS

POTS (Plain Old Telephone Service) is the simple telephone jack in your wall. Must not have call waiting, caller ID, call forwarding or voicemail. These features can be easily disabled by call your telephone company and request to disable features.

 

CALL CENTER PHONE

Call center phone with headset is what you will need to service a client. This is where the calls will be directed and redirected to you by Arise clients. Simple to connect and use.

 

Helpful Tips:

4-Step Process

  • PROFILE FORM
    Create a profile (click orange button at top of page)

  • NDA
    Sign a non-disclosure agreement to access client names & details

  • SUBMIT COMPANY ID
    Enter the FEIN/EIN of the call center company you will be working for (just a click of a button!)

  • SELECT CLIENT OPPORTUNITY
    After discussing options with your company, choose the client program(s) you would like to service.

 
Each client offers a certification course that must be passed in order to begin servicing. These are highly specialized, instructor-led online courses that provide information on the client’s systems that you will be using to service, as well as the requirements for the program. Most come with a fee that ranges from $25 -$249.
